NGR specializes in providing high-precision CNC machining and secondary operations for casting parts. Our die casting facilities feature a range of die casting machines, including ZITAI/L.K., TOSHIBA, IDRAOL, TOYO, and more, with capacities spanning from 180 metric tons to 2,000 metric tons. Our facilities also include central melting furnaces ranging from 800kg to 4.5 metric tons, vacuum units, tool temperature control units, trimming and reshaping equipment, shot blasting machines, and sand blasting machines. Within our CNC machine workshops, you'll find CNC machine centers, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, and more. Our comprehensive inspection equipment inventory comprises optical projectors, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), X-ray analysis machines, metallographic microscopes, Brinell hardness testers, height gauges, spectrometers, X-ray NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) testers, and various other quality assessment tools.

We offer high-precision CNC machining and secondary operations for a variety of casting materials, including stainless steel casting, duplex stainless steel casting, super duplex stainless steel casting, titanium casting, carbon steel casting, and low-alloy steel casting.
Our investment casting facilities are well-equipped with essential machinery and equipment, including a wax pressure system, medium-frequency induction furnaces, shot blasting machines, resistance heat treatment systems, runner roasting furnaces, and abrasive blast equipment. In our CNC machine workshops, we have a range of machinery, such as CNC machine centers, CNC lathes, and CNC milling machines. Additionally, our comprehensive inspection equipment comprises an optical projector, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), X-ray analysis machine, metallographic microscope, Brinell hardness tester, height gauge, spectrometer, X-ray NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) tester, and more.
